1960 Focke-Wulf FWP 149D – $130,000
This beautifully cared for Piaggio-designed, built-by Focke-Wulf 149D is for sale to its next caretaker. She is in wonderful flying condition, was evaluated by an IA and A&P potential buyer that loved the airplane with nearly full annual inspection as part of their pre-purchase in March 2022. Unfortunately, their desire to purchase was undermined by their inability to obtain financing.
This wonderful flying example 149D with a very low hour BMW (Lycoming) GO-480 B1C (274 hp) is for sale, hopefully to a fellow warbird member. Contact me for inquiries. I may consider partial trade for very nice RV6A or similar type aircraft.
