Congratulations to Harry Pulido, one of our 2020 memorial flight training scholarship recipients, who was chosen to also receive our 2020 continuing aviation education grant!
Having completed the ground school and introductory flights provided as part of his original scholarship prior to the September 30 deadline, Harry became eligible to apply for the subsequent grant. This provides additional funds supporting his flight training, contingent upon successful achievement of major student pilot milestones: first solo flight, long solo cross-country flight, and passing the FAA check ride.
We congratulate Harry on his accomplishments so far and wish him the best in achieving his dream of becoming a pilot!
